Food Safe Acetate foil 35 mm (5m)

The Rhodoid strip, length 5 m, width 35 mm, is a transparent PVC pastry tape which you will use to line the inside of dessert frames and pastry circles.

It ensures easy and quick de-rimming, without damaging the dessert.

It is the ally of all pastry chefs, professionals and amateurs, because it allows an impeccable presentation of the contours of Bavarians, mousses, desserts and charlottes.

Placed in the pastry ring, the rhodoid ribbon keeps your dessert in shape, provides a perfectly smooth surface and facilitates unmolding.

Flexible, it can be cut to the desired size: you can therefore use it for molds of different shapes and sizes. Easy to use, simply insert it into your frame or circle and fill it with your preparation(s). Once the dessert has cooled and set, simply gently remove the rhodoid ribbon to reveal a clean, crisp result.

Our advice: As this ribbon is made of rhodoid plastic film, it cannot be baked in the oven, as it melts under the effect of heat.
