With this scraper, adjustable in height, you can perfectly smooth ganache, whipped cream, enchanted cream and buttercream. The perfect angles ensure correct smoothing.

Very practical, you can adjust the height of the scraper (from 4 to 27.5 cm), according to the height of your cake.

On the scraper you can read the height in centimeters at the front (and in inches at the back).

First time before use and after each use, clean the scraper with warm water and soapy water and dry completely with a soft cloth.
