Pastrycolour Fondant, or sugar paste, is ideal for covering and modelling, providing a stable, crack-free finish and a smooth texture. It provides a stable, crack-free finish and a high quality texture, which are two of the most important factors for a quality result. Pleasant vanilla flavour.

How to use: handling, kneading and stretching needs a little more strength than the SugarPastry line.

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose, vegetable fats (palm kernel in variable proportions), stabiliser (E420), water, thickener (xanthan gum), preservative (E202), acidifier (citric acid) flavouring and colouring E160 and cocoa.

Allergens: Gluten free, Kosher and halal certified.

Content : 250 gr.

Optimal temperature: 18 - 25 °C; Maximum relative humidity: 40 - 50%. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
