Pastrycolour Fondant, or sugar paste, is ideal for covering and modelling, providing a stable finish, with no cracks and a smooth texture. It provides a stable, crack-free finish and a high-class texture, which are two of the most important factors for a quality result. Pleasant vanilla flavour.

How to use: Handling, kneading and stretching requires a little more strength than SugarPastry line.

Ingredients:Sugar, glucose, vegetable fats (palm kernel in variable proportions), stabiliser (E420), colouring (E120; E129 (*); E170), water, thickener (gum, xanthan), preservative (E202), acidulant (citric acid) and flavouring.

Allergens: Gluten free, Kosher and halal certified.

Content : 250 gr.

Optimum temperature: 18 - 25 °C; Maximum relative humidity: 40 - 50%. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
