Pastrycolour Fondant, or sugar paste, is ideal for covering and modelling, providing a stable finish, with no cracks and a smooth texture. It provides a stable, crack-free finish and a high-class texture, which are two of the most important factors for a quality result. Pleasant vanilla flavour.
How to use: handling, kneading and stretching needs a little more strength than the SugarPastry line.
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose, vegetable fats (palm kernel in variable proportions), stabiliser (E420), water, thickener (gum, xanthan gum), preservative (E202), acidulant (citric acid) flavouring and colouring E102(*);
