Glaze Topping White - 375 gr

The FunCakes Glaze Topping, also known as cold gel, is a gel suitable for making mirror top layers on for example Bavarian cakes, desserts and more. It is possible to colour this gel with a food colouring.

Instructions: for cold use spread with a pallet knife on e.g. Bavarian cakes and desserts. Colouring possible. Stir before use.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, water, gelling agent: E440, E401, E407, acidity regulator: E330, colour: E171, acidity regulator: E331, E327, E341, preservative: E202, flavouring. May contain traces of: gluten, soy, nuts and sulphites.
