Red Velvet mix for cake 1 kg

Make with the FunCakes mix for Red Velvet Cake a delicious velveteen fluffy cake. You can also use the mix to bake cupcakes with a light chocolate flavour. Simple add vegetable oil, eggs and water to prepare this sweet mix.

Preparation: See the table on the package or go to www.funcakes.nl for proportions and baking time. Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Put the mix, water, eggs and vegetable oil in a bowl. Mix for 6-8 minutes to a light batter. Pour the batter into a buttered baking pan (1/2 to 2/3 full) and bake the cake in the oven. Tip: Fill/decorate with buttercream or cream cheese frosting. Also suitable for cupcakes (approx. 20 cupcakes with 500 g mix recipe), baking time approx. 20 minutes on 175°C (convection oven 160°C).
